Advent eLearning Winter 2025 Release Notes

The following changes will be moved into production on Saturday, February 22nd at 6pm. Please contact Advent Client Services via email at help@adventfs.com with any questions or request assistance in using this new functionality.

 

Select Credentials Method

The new select credentials method, allows for the ability to select their communication method for credentials. For office enroll these selections are Mail (which is the default), Text, and Email which are available from the “Step:1 Registration Page”

 

Once the Credential Method is selected, the corresponding field will then become a required field as noted by the red asterisk below.


Now when a student / program participant has successfully been enrolled via office enrolled, a message will pop up indicating where the credentials have been sent.


For Self-Registration Clients, the select communication method will be accessible to the applicant/student via the registration screen.


From here the applicant can select their referral method of either Text or Email. Once selected the corresponding field will become required such as the image below.
